Eligible applicants are self-employed entrepreneurs who, at the time of the emergency situation, state of emergency and state of crisis, suspended their self-employment based on a decision of the Public Health Authority of the Slovak Republic or their revenues decreased by at least 20% (or 10% in March).

The decrease in revenues applicant demonstrates one of the ways (chosen by the applicant):
1. Comparing the revenue for the reporting month with the revenue for the same month of the previous year
2. Comparing the average monthly revenue in year 2019 (i.e. 1/12 of total revenue for 2019), with revenue for the reporting month – only those who were entrepreneurs throughout the year 2019 can use this method
3. February 2020 revenue is compared with the reported month revenue – this method applies only to those who were not entrepreneurs during the whole year 2019 and begun to operate business no later than on 1.2.2020.
