Our law firm is one of the longest standing law firms on Slovak legal market. During almost 30 years of legal practice we have achieved many accomplishments that we may be proud of. Number of legal disputes our office has been part of, are now subject of case-law studies at Slovak faculties of law.
Applications at the ECHR in Strasbourg:
One of our major achievement concerns he representation of more than 300 clients in 17 collective Applications before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg on compensation for owners of apartments with state-controlled rent. As a result of the court proceeding, our clients were granted a monetary compensation, jointly summed up in eight-figure amounts, and what is more, they also received the satisfaction in form of a statement of the Court that the state has been violating their fundamental human rights by state-controlled rent scheme for many years.
