Dominik Brichta is a member of the management of our law firm. As a lawyer, he specializes in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including comprehensive transaction advisory.

Dominik received several awards for his business achievements, among others, he became a finalist of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year competition in Slovakia in the past and was a member of the Forbes 30 under 30 ranking.

- Throughout his career, Dominik has led multiple transaction teams and successfully managed and completed dozens of M&A transactions, mostly on the side of buyers, with a total value of hundreds of millions of euros.
- Rich experience in advising startups and investment funds, especially in the areas of financing, communication between founders and investors and investment transactions within venture capital and private equity.
- Dominik has extensive experience in business, managing larger companies and selling them to foreign investors, while his approach is strongly focused on business and strategic solutions.
- Dominik has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Slovak eCommerce company for more than 15 years, which he founded together with his partner Peter Both during his studies. The company operates more than 20 online stores in 7 countries in Central and Eastern Europe and employs more than 200 people.
- For several years, he was also a co-founder and a member of the executive management (C-Level) of a large Berlin-based eCommerce group (with over 1,000 employees), where he primarily focused on strategic acquisitions. At that time, the company's co-investors were three large "large cap" private equity funds from the USA and France ($100bn+ AuM).
- In addition to his activities in our law firm, he remains active as an advisor, investor and board member of several companies. At the same time, he works in the management of the investment holding Pannonia Group, which focuses on long-term investments in premium real estate, technology and eCommerce.
