IThe IP Litigation Team is part of the IP One-stop Shop and provides comprehensive advice on in-court and out-of-court dispute resolution. Our clients in this area include leaders in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, chemical, food and clothing industries, as well as the world's leading manufacturers of electronics, tobacco and household products.

Our many years of experience enable us to provide effective legal advice in the enforcement of IP rights, including representation in court proceedings, consultation in the preparatory stages of dispute resolution, preparation of procedural strategies, thorough analysis of the facts and evidentiary situation, as well as assessment of the risks of the legal position of our clients. We are involved in litigation before the Unified Patent Court, aimed at the centralized resolution of patent disputes in Europe.

Anti-counterfeiting is an important part of our agenda. We are involved in the prevention of fraudulent practices in cooperation with the customs authorities and the Criminal Office of the Financial Directorate of the Slovak Republic. The team also conducts seminars for financial administration officers on counterfeit recognition.
