He graduated with honors from the University of Trnava University of Law and was awarded the Rector's Prize of the University of Trnava and the Dean's Prize of the Faculty of Law of the University of Trnava.
- Providing comprehensive legal advice on the contractual agenda in the field of intellectual property, with an emphasis on licensing relationships and the settlement of intellectual property rights. Conducting IP due diligence in the field of intellectual property law and removing identified deficiencies. Elaboration of expert opinions related to intellectual property and unfair competition.
- Providing legal advice in the field of information technology, digital services and artificial intelligence, including drafting contractual frameworks and contractual documentation from both the supplier's and the client's side (software development agreements, SaaS) and assessing regulatory issues and limits related to the clients' business model.
