Prior to joining the office, Mirka worked at the Office for Trademarks of the Slovak Republic, where she gained several years of experience in the field of trademarks in several positions: trademark examiner, litigation expert and also as an expert and member of the Board of Appeal of the President of the Office, where her job was to prepare drafts of the decisions of the President of the Office in cases of appeals.
