- Acting at the Federal Office for Inventions, Bratislava from 1974 to 1991 as an expert worker in the field of patents, international applications.
- With the transformation of the Federal Office for Inventions, Bratislava into the Industrial Property Office of the Slovak Republic, she continued as Director of the International Department, where she represented the Slovak Republic in international organizations.
- Performing her own practice as a patent attorney and also chairman of the Chamber of Patent Attorneys in the Slovak Republic.
- She completed her career with her appointment as the first female president of the Industrial Property Office of the Slovak Republic. She worked at the Industrial Property Office of the Slovak Republic from 2001 to 2012, when she ended her career.
- As President of the Industrial Property Office of the Slovak Republic, she represented the Slovak Republic on the boards of the European Patent Office in Munich, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in Alicante and the World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva. During her time in Alicante, she held the position of Chair of the Management Board of EUIPO for 2 years.
- During her career, she completed several professional internships as a patent expert at the European Patent Office in Munich and The Hague, at WIPO in Geneva and at the USPTO in Washington DC, USA. She was actively involved in publishing activities within the magazine Intellectual Property as well as in the media for the general public.
